TSIG Consulting, Inc. Selects Columbus Application Provider’s Automatic Drawing Recognition Tool (ADR)

Automatic Drawing Recognition Tool to Validate CAD Drawings prior to delivery to End-Users

July 12, 2007 - New Jersey, USA - Columbus Application Provider (http://www.clmb.net/), a leading developer of software solutions for facilities management today announced TSIG Consulting, Inc. (http://www.tsigconsulting.com/) has selected its Automatic Drawing Recognition tool to check and validate project drawings for standard compliance as well as quality control. TSIG is working closely with NYU on various projects and by selecting the ADR, which NYU is using as well, TSIG can perform all the necessary QA for the drawings to be delivered at TSIG site rather than at NYU site.
This saves time and money to all sides involved and makes sure TSIG delivers the customer an error free product.

The Columbus Automatic Drawing Recognition (ADR) technology analyses and interprets CAD drawings into standard and easy to use SQL databases. Its ability to gather and process information in real time ensures the most updated and correct data is always saved to the project's Database.

“TSIG saw the true value of working in an automated environment for drawing validation and QA” said Noam Aberbach, Columbus, Vice President, Value Added Services. “TSIG selected our solution because of the time saved as well as the added value in being able to deliver an error free product to the customer.”
