Israel Airport Authority
The Israel Airport Authority is responsible for the holding, operation, development, and management of 6 airports and 9 land transit terminals. It is also responsible for planning and constructing airports and land transit terminals as well as taking all necessary steps to ensure the security of the airports and terminals of the Authority, and of the persons, goods, aircraft, buildings, facilities, and equipment in them.
Since 1998, the organization has used Columbus’ Facility Navigator to manage 6 million square feet of space across hundreds of buildings in its network nationwide.
The platform serves as the central system for space management, computer maintenance management, power management, HVAC management as well as voice and data management. It also feeds third party applications with essential information from each one of its modules.
The Israel Airport Authority also uses Columbus’ Automatic Drawing Recognition (ADR) to streamline the process of maintaining such vast amounts of information in an up-to-date and accessible in realtime.
