Columbus’ Key Management Module enables management of keys in the organization in relation to employees and secure areas. This module enables many to many relationships between keys, employees, cylinders and doors to monitor key possession and to track who can access specific areas at any given moment. This module also includes issue and return process from a central station of keys to employees. Various queries of this module facilitate information as to who can access specific locations for maintenance as well as for security.
