Avi Lavon - Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder

As chief executive officer and co-founder, Avi is wholly responsible for the company's initiatives relating to product pipeline and development. In addition, he provides the day-to-day leadership and strategic vision for all areas of the company. Avi began his career developing complex software systems.

This experience provided the basis for his expertise and understanding of mission critical applications. Over the years, he saw the complexity of applications increasing and believed significant engineering talent was required to solve emerging application needs in the property management space. This belief led him to establish Columbus Application Provider whose teams understood business and business drivers to solve complex problems. Since forming Columbus, he has led the organization with the vision and passion necessary to maintain its leadership position.

Ilan Sandor - Chief Operating Officer and Co-founder

As chief operating officer and co-founder, Ilan focuses on defining the company's product roadmap and delivery as well as the company’s operations and completion of its customer-centric projects. Under Ilan's leadership, Columbus has developed and implemented its broad range of solutions worldwide. Ilan's extensive development experience in the facilities management industry plays an important role in the company's success in implementing large-scale projects worldwide. Prior to assuming the role of chief operating officer, Ilan was chief technology officer and vice president of Columbus where he was responsible for the company’s product development initiatives. Prior to joining Columbus, Ilan was chief technology officer of an Israeli company delivering cable management solutions. Ilan began his career as a CAD development leader in the Israeli aircraft industry.

Noam Aberbach - Vice President Value added services

As vice president, operations, Noam is responsible for implementing the company’s solutions worldwide. In addition, he is leading the company’s business development initiatives in North America where he is responsible for all presale, post sale and onsite activities. With more than two decades experience in CAD, CMMS and CAFM, Noam’s expertise is in high demand by the company’s global client base. Prior to serving as the company’s vice president, operations, Noam was a senior CAD and CMMS implementer. He has also led the company’s project management as well as training and support initiatives.

Noam has also overseen various implementation projects for the company’s clients - including Israel’s international Ben-Gurion Airport as well as hospitals, universities and other campuses.
