The Space Management Module delivers information by tracking data from entire sites to individual facilities, specific floors, offices, and work-stations. Accurate mapping and definition of the space concerned ensures optimized space management. Each space-related attribute, such as area, space type, affiliation, cost center, cost per square foot, as well as vacant/occupied workstations can be viewed graphically.

Based on numerous interactive queries, users can graphically view and analyze a facility’s space. In addition, one can attach and attribute various properties as well as an unlimited number of drawings, photos or video broadcasts, to any item in the Space Management Module.
